While I am open to exploring different styles and themes, please understand that projects outside my usual expertise may require additional research, references, and production time.I enjoy drawing:Plants and Flowers

Explicit sexual contentSuggestive clothing and revealing outfits are acceptable as long as they remain within these guidelines.●●●## Commission AcceptanceI reserve the right to decline any commission request if:* The subject matter falls outside my comfort zone.
* The request violates my content guidelines.
* I believe the project exceeds my current skill level or availability.Please provide visual references whenever possible. Clear references help ensure the best possible result and reduce the need for revisions.●●●## PricingAll listed prices are base prices.Final pricing may increase depending on:* Character complexity
* Additional details
* Extra characters
* Background complexity
* Commercial licensing requirements
* Rush deadlinesPayments may be made in any currency supported by the commission platform. Payments will automatically be converted to USD on my end when applicable.●●●## PaymentPayment is accepted through approved payment platforms, including PayPal, Cash App, Kofi, or other methods agreed upon beforehand.Before work begins, clients must choose one of the following:### Option A: Full Payment100% of the commission price paid upfront.### Option B: DepositA minimum 50% non-refundable deposit paid upfront.The remaining balance must be paid before final files are delivered.### Payment PlansFor larger projects, payment plans may be available after the initial 50% deposit.Available payment plan options:* 3 months

* 12 monthsIf payments stop during the payment plan period:* Work on the project will be paused immediately.
* Progress will not continue until payments resume.●●●## Process & UpdatesTransparency is important to me.Throughout the commission process, I provide regular progress updates, which may include:* Sketch previews
* Flat color previews
* Work-in-progress screenshots
* Watermarked videos or imagesAll previews maybe provided in low resolution and watermarked for security purposes.Communication will primarily take place through direct messages via:* Discord (preferred)
* Email
* Other agreed-upon social media platforms●●●## RevisionsTo ensure quality and efficiency, clients receive:### Included RevisionsUp to three (3) revisions per stage.Examples:* Three revisions during sketching
* Three revisions during line art
* Three revisions during coloring### Major RevisionsIf a revision requires me to completely redo an approved stage of the workflow, a $25 USD fee will be charged for each stage that must be redone.### Final RevisionsUpon completion, clients may request up to three (3) minor adjustments during the final review stage.Additional revisions beyond this limit may incur extra charges.●●●## Turnaround Time & DeadlinesIn addition to commissions, I maintain:* A full-time job (66+ hours per week)

* PuppyBecause of this, completion times may vary.Estimated turnaround times: 3 monthsEstimates may fluctuate depending on complexity, workload, and personal obligations.### Rush OrdersProjects requiring completion faster than my standard turnaround times will incur a rush fee.Rush fees vary depending on:* Project complexity

* Current workload### DeadlinesIf you have a deadline, please state it before commissioning.I will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines. In the event of a major emergency (hospitalization, family emergency, death in the family, etc.), I will communicate any delays as soon as possible.●●●## Usage Rights### Personal UseUnless otherwise specified, commissions are for personal use.Clients may:* Use artwork as profile pictures
* Use artwork as banners
* Post artwork online
* Share and repost artworkCredit is appreciated whenever possible.### Commercial UseCommercial use for:* Streaming
* Content creation
* VTubing
* Monetized online content
* Merchandiseis included unless otherwise stated.### Merchandise RightsMerchandise rights are not included by default.Any merchandise usage requires an additional fee equal to 20% of the final commission cost unless otherwise agreed upon.Examples include:* Prints
* Stickers
* Apparel
* Physical products
* Product packaging●●●## Intellectual Property & CopyrightI retain copyright ownership of all artwork I create.By commissioning me, you acknowledge that:* You may not claim the artwork as your own creation.
* You may not remove signatures or watermarks without permission.
* You may not use the artwork to train AI models or submit it to AI image-generation systems.
* You may not mint, sell, or distribute the artwork as NFTs without written permission.I retain the right to:* Display commissioned work in my portfolio
* Share artwork on social media
* Use artwork in commission advertisements and promotional materials
Unless stated otherwiseYou may request that I delay posting the artwork publicly until after your project has been completed.### Fan Art ClauseFor fan-art commissions, I reserve the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes and to create physical merchandise for my personal shop unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.●●●## Refund Policy### Before Work BeginsIf work has not started, you may cancel your commission for a full refund.### After Work BeginsThe initial deposit is non-refundable once work has started.If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, partial refunds may be issued at my discretion based on the amount of work completed.### Artist CancellationIf I determine that I cannot complete your commission, I may issue either:* A partial refund based on completed work
* A full refund### Excessive DelaysIf I am unable to complete the commission within a reasonable timeframe and communication has ceased, clients may request a refund.●●●## DeliveryFinal files will be delivered digitally via:* Direct message
* Email
* Agreed-upon file-sharing methodDeliverables typically include:* High-resolution PNG files
* Watermarked versions when applicableNo physical products will be shipped unless specifically arranged.●●●## AgreementBy submitting payment and commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above. These Terms of Service may be updated at any time and apply to all current and future commissions.
